About Raging Savings
We help everyday households find the benefit and savings programs they are already entitled to, and we explain how to apply without paying anyone a fee.
What we do
Raging Savings is a free consumer information service. We track federal, state, and private assistance programs across food and nutrition, utilities, health care, housing, employment, and veterans services, and we write plain summaries of who qualifies and how to apply. When a program changes its income limits or opens an enrollment window, we say so.
We also cover everyday savings: grocery and household deals, discount programs, and the recurring bills most families overpay on without noticing.
What we are not
We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with any federal or state program. We do not process applications, determine eligibility, or influence any decision on a benefit. Applying for a government benefit is free, and we will tell you that on every page where it matters.
How we are funded
Advertisers and program partners pay us when a reader chooses to be connected with them. That is what keeps the site free to use. It also means we owe you transparency about which parts of the site carry a commercial relationship and which do not. Our program summaries point at the official application, not at a paid intermediary.
Your information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email, and, if you opt in, your mobile number. We do not sell your phone number to unrelated marketers. Text messages are sent only if you check the box asking for them, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Eligibility basics
Most of the programs we cover require that you live in one of the fifty states or a related territory, that you are a U.S. citizen or a non-citizen legally admitted to the United States, and that you are eighteen or older. Individual programs add their own rules on income, household size, age, and disability status.
